Melanie and Brian Willis had their baby yesterday! Matthew Brian Willis was born at 11:30am. He weighs 7 lbs 3oz and was 21 inches long! Mom and baby (and Brian) are doing great!! They're coming home from the hospital tomorrow.

Remember when Holly decided to do the Tampon Dance?

Remember when we all dressed up as Decade Divas for Halloween, and the next Monday Shaina decided to dress up for school only to find that she was maybe one in a hundred who went to classes in costume?



Remember when we were all out in the living room minding our own business and Holly and Becca decided to treat us with a Hula Dance - not saying a word - and leaving the room without giving any explanation?

Remember when we threw Shannon a bridal shower and she was so embarrassed that we had bought her lingerie? Oh, and I don't know if anyone ever knew this or not, but Janelle and I went to pick out the sexy lingerie and I made Janelle try it on to make sure that it would fit Shannon! Yeah....Janelle loved that!

Remember when we all used to love going to Fall Fling and Spring Fling? By the way, is Holly getting fresh?

Remember when it took us forever to get Brittany to break out of her shy bubble and once she did she was freakin hilarious?

Remember when we threw Becca a mini-shower but were all so poor that we could only afford to buy her one present? I think she deserves a new shower since we're all rolling in the dough now! (Not really, but some of us like to pretend.)

Rockin the 5th!

So, we had our 4 month check up yesterday and Brighton is a whopping 10 lds 14 oz and 22 inches!! We are rockin the 5th percentile baby!! I realize that Tom and I aren't exactly giants, but she is tiny! However, she is growing and that's all that really matters - not that 95% of all babies are bigger than she is!

Love blocks II

I made some of the love blocks for my sister - they're different from mine, but I think the color combo turned out nicely. My table makes for an ugly background though, huh?

Paci for you, paci for me

So, Brighton has taken a pacifier from the day she was born and we've loved it. She has now figured out, however, how to wrap her thumb around the little handle and pull it out! And, since she hasn't quite figured out how to put it back in, she tends to get a little pissy about her paci now being gone. So, this is what we've had to do to keep her from pulling it out on her own.We give her one to keep in her mouth, and one to hold so she's satisfied. We've even had to have 3 pacis at once, one for the mouth and one for each hand. But, if this is our biggest problem, I'll take it!
